Washington County Fair

We went to the Washington County Fair a couple weeks ago. It was very interesting!

We saw LOTS of animals....pigs, chickens, cows, rabbits, etc.

Henry was excited to see the pigs!

We also rode some rides but my camera died after the pigs so these are the only pictures.

Orange Beach

A few weeks ago we spent a long weekend at Orange Beach, AL. We had so much fun!

We spent almost all day everyday on the beach and at the pool---we usually stayed at the beach so long that we didn't even go out to dinner. We would just cook in and sit on the balcony and look at the ocean.

Our condos had like 5 pools---Henry and Lucy loved to run through the fountains!

Beach Bum

One night we went and rode go-carts (or Henry and Russ did---I got talked into bumper boats and this little 12 year old SOAKED me!! I had mascara all over my face!)

They had a little farris wheel that Lucy could even ride! She loved it!

A couple nights we went looking for crabs

Henry wasn't scared to hold them!

And everyone was so worn out each night that this is what happened!!

OH---and I actually went too! But apparently I was the one taking the pics!!

SUMMER FUN!!!

I can't believe that today is September 1st!!

Is summer really over??

We have had a such a fun summer----we have been so

busy playing that I haven't blogged much!
