1 Year Check-Up

Lucy had her 1 year check-up yesterday with Dr Payton.

Here are her stats:

19 lbs (25th percentile)

29 inches (60th percentile)

She had to get 2 shots---she DID NOT like it but got over it quickly!

St. Patrick's Day

This is the breakfast Russ made Henry for St. Patrick's day.

Not Green Eggs and Ham----Green Cheerios!

Ellie's 4th Birthday Party----a little late!

Ellie turned 4 on February 2nd.

But her party was cancelled due to the ice storm that hit Fayetteville.

We had her "rescheduled" party on March 14th at Durham's Gymnastics.

All of the kids had lots of fun running all around the gym---jumping into the foam, jumping on trampolines, walking the balance beam, and playing on the bars.

March 4, 2009

Lucy's 1st Birthday

On Lucy's actual birthday I took a day trip to Hot Springs to leave them with Mom and Dad while we went to Florida for Amberlyn's wedding.

Here are lots of pics from that day!

We met Mom and Nene at Two Boys and a Dog for lunch

and then we headed to a kids play place in Hot Springs to play.

(I can't remember the name of the place???)

They had a great time!

Henry could have played in the train room all day! He LOVES trains!

Since Henry LOVES trains Lucy LOVES trains!

She hated her birthday hat......but LOVED her cupcakes! This girl has a sweet tooth!

And then we had to "pretend" that it was Henry's birthday

and sing to him!

Amberlyn and Nick's Wedding

We went to Sarasota, FL for Amberlyn and Nick's wedding on March 7th.

We had so much fun! The weather was perfect and we got to have a great time with lots of people we haven't seen in a while.

Congratulations Amberlyn and Nick....and now they are moving to Chicago!

We got to see Jason Dunn who lives in Tampa now!
Russ and Jason went to some spring training baseball games while I hung out by the pool.

We also ran into JERRY SPRINGER!

We were out shopping on Longboat Key and Jerry and his wife were too!

They live there.

It was snowing---when I was pregnant I was so excited to be having a March baby because March means Spring! Well----it was a blizzard on March 4, 2008 when she was born and it snowed hard all day on her 1st birthday party! March doesn't necessarily mean Spring!
