Drive Through Zoo

Lila and Jim took Henry and Ellie to the drive through zoo in Gentry on Sunday afternoon.

They saw lots of animals----emus, baboons, camels, rhinos, zebras, kangaroos, tigers, goats....

They took bread to feed the animals. Everyone had LOTS of FUN!!!

We went to "Go Diego Go" at the Walton Arts Center yesterday afternoon!

There were LOTS of Diego (and Dora) fans and parents in attendance!

It was a great show! Henry and Ellie LOVED it!

Lucy has been rolling over the last couple of days!!!

When we have tummy time she immediately rolls from front to back!

She is growing up too fast!

Busy Sunday

It was a busy busy Sunday!
We made it to church almost on time.

Then after church we played out in the yard on

the slip & slide. I went to Lowe's and bought flowers for my big pot.

Then after naps we went to the Naturals Game.

They were playing the LR Travelers and we beat them!

Henry had a big time at the game---eating popcorn and peanuts.

Tonight Henry and I met Olivia & Vanessa and Amber & Jordan at the Botanical

Gardens for the Firefly Festival.

They had music, crafts, and a puppet show.

Lucy got to see her good friend Helen this weekend!

Lucy is 2 weeks older than Helen.

We went to eat at Powerhouse with Emily, Leah & Helen, and Misty.

The girls slept the whole time!

Slip & Slide

Great Wolf Lodge

We left Thursday and went to Kansas City to the Great Wolf Lodge.

It has a HUGE indoor waterpark---with baby waterslides, BIG waterslides, fountains, and the HOWLING WOLF (which is a VERY dark and FAST waterslide---and Henry LOVED it

OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!)

There is also a big outdoor pool with a frog slide that we could talk him into for a little while

before he wanted to go back inside to the slides.

Weekend Fun!!

We have had LOTS of summertime fun this weekend!

Our neighborhood has an Art Club in the summer on Friday mornings. There were lots of kids there----we had an art project and water slide!

Then Saturday morning we went to Hunter Kemps to play. They have a huge yard so Henry and Hunter ran all over the place.

Lucy had her first swim! She loves her floatie car!
Then Henry entertained Lucy with bubbles on the deck! She would laugh and laugh at him!

Daddy worked this weekend---but is off today for Father's day so we are going to

lunch and to play this afternoon!

Soccer

Henry went to his first soccer practice today. It was so fun!

The "coach" taught the basics---dribbling, kicking goals, running the field, etc.

Then we ended with a game of Duck Duck Goose.

He did great! He looked like a little Beckham out there!

Lucy went too---soccer bored her!
